Vigneti Zanatta - Sardegna (Italy)

Vigneti Zanatta logo

Vigneti Zanatta is a young company founded in 2003 with the combination of two pieces of land known for their tradition on the production of the following wines: Sardinia and Veneto. The wines are produced from local grapes in the Gallura area in Sardinia. It is the very nature of the extremely sandysoil with little water or organic matter that gives the wines such as Vermentino di Gallura DOCG and Cannonau di Sardegna DOC their aromatic, spicy flavour by which they are known and can be immediately identified.

Beautiful straw yellow color with light green nuances. Captivating aromas of flowers, herbs and exotic fruits spring from the glass. Wonderfully balanced mouthfeel. In the taste we keep discovering things, fresh and creamy at the same time. The finish is delightfully long without being bombastic and leaves us with an unprecedented summer feeling!

100% Vermentino di Sardegna. Pale straw yellow color. Fine and rich pearl. Typical floral and spicy aromas of Vermentino here in Sardinia. Despite the sunny aromas, drier than most proseccos. (It only contains half the sugar!) Captivating, rich but perfectly dry finish and ... Delicious!

Garnet red colour. On the palate, it is not too bold, yet intense, structured, lasting and balanced. The grapes come from a selection of Cannonau grapes with a very low yield per hectare, which results in an aromatic wine. Taste the pleasant bouquet of ripe fruit together with notes of toasted oak and vanilla that create a perfect harmony, which enhances the intense aromas. A mix of spices and vanilla in the aftertaste embodies the dry and velvety qualities of the mouth. The ideal temperature for this wine is 18°C to 20°C.
