Bright light yellow color. Bouquet of soft yellow fruit such as peach, pineapple with a touch of candied lemon accompanied by hints of brioche and a tip of flint. Creamy and soft but at the same time wonderfully mineral and refreshing. Nicely balanced whole. Long dry but filming finale with a nice touch of mint.
Its soft yet refreshing character calls for a hearty fish with or without accompanying sauce, but also delicious with salads with poultry, shellfish and white meat such as pork and veal.

Grapes are produced under HVE label (Haute Valeur Environnemental). The fermentation takes place on stainless steel under low controlled temperature. This is followed by a malolactic fermentation to make the wine creamier and softer. It then matures for another year on its fine Lie in stainless steel barrels.
